About the brand

GAMARDE is the organic certified dermatology brand of the Jérodia Group, developed and produced since 2006 in Caillac in the Lot, southern France. The basis of every formula is the thermal water from Gamarde-les-Bains – whose soothing and barrier-strengthening effect has been known since the early 16th century and was officially recognized for its dermatological properties by the Académie de Médecine in 1841.

The formulation principle is called Dermocosm'Ethic Bio: organic certified according to Cosmébio, 100% natural origin, without synthetic preservatives, without perfume, without parabens, without PEG, without colorants.

In the southwest of France, in the Landes department near Dax, a spring originates whose dermatological properties for the skin have been known since the early 16th century. In 1841, the Académie de Médecine officially recognized the soothing and barrier-strengthening effect of the thermal water from Gamarde-les-Bains – rich in minerals and sulfur derivatives, suitable for sensitive skin.

Since 2006, this water has been at the heart of all Gamarde products.
