The Soin Dermonagre is the intensive Anti-Aging specialist care from the Près-Age line by Gamarde - specially developed for mature skin during phases of hormonal change, particularly in perimenopause and menopause.

The rich, nourishing texture provides the skin with a particularly high proportion of essential fatty acids, which are often lacking during this stage of life. Organic evening primrose oil is one of the richest plant sources of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an essential omega-6 fatty acid that the body can no longer produce in sufficient quantities during hormonal changes. GLA supports the skin's natural moisture balance, improves the skin barrier and alleviates the dryness and feeling of tightness typical of menopause. Organic borage oil also contains an exceptionally high proportion of GLA and complements the effect of evening primrose oil - together, they strengthen firmness, improve skin elasticity and support the skin's hormonal balance. The Gamarde thermal water soothes, mineralises and protects sensitised mature skin.

Soin Dermonagre is suitable as an alternative to or an intensive complement for Soin Jour et Nuit during phases of particularly high skincare needs. Organic Evening Primrose Oil – One of the richest plant sources of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) – this essential omega-6 fatty acid can no longer be sufficiently produced by the body during menopause. GLA supports the natural moisture balance, strengthens the skin barrier, and alleviates feelings of dryness and tightness.

Organic Borage Oil – Contains up to 24% GLA, one of the highest proportions of all plant oils – complements evening primrose oil and works together with it on skin firmness, elasticity, and hormonal skin balance during menopause.

Gamarde Thermal Water – From the source of Gamarde-les-Bains – soothes, mineralizes, and protects sensitized, mature skin. Rich in natural minerals and sulfur derivatives, dermatologically recognized since 1841.

In the morning and evening, after cleansing, apply a hazelnut-sized amount to the face and neck. Gently massage until fully absorbed.

Evening: As the first step, apply Sérum Nuit 30ml and allow it to absorb, then apply Soin Dermonagre. Finally, dab Fluide Contours 20ml onto the eye and lip contours.

Morning: After Soin Dermonagre, apply DD Cream SPF30 40ml for UV protection and a well-cared-for complexion.

1–2× weekly: Use Masque Réparateur 40ml as an intensive supplementary treatment for maximum revitalization.
