Through promotions like "5% of your purchase as BeautyCoins," amounts are automatically credited to you as store credit. Exclusive promotions on shopping carts, specific products, or collections are ways to earn BeautyCoins.
On your next purchase, you'll see your available credit directly at checkout and can use it – with no minimum order value.
In your customer account, you can view your current balance, the expiration date of each individual credit, past transactions, and active promotions. Everything transparent, everything in one place.

BeautyCoins are store credit – not a discount that is directly deducted from the product price. You collect credit through promotions and can use it on a future order whenever you wish. Discounts on orders, shipping costs, or special prices are independent of this and are not offset by BeautyCoins.
As part of a promotion, the credit will be automatically added to your shop credit in your account after you complete your order. You can view your current balance at any time in your customer account.
The validity period depends on the specific promotion and varies from promotion to promotion. The exact expiry date of each acquired credit is transparently displayed in your customer account – so you always know until when you can use your balance.
Your previous BeautyPoints have been converted into BeautyCoins at a 20:1 ratio and directly credited to your customer account. You will find them under your credit balance upon your next login – redeemable immediately, no further action required.
