Fast, safe and reliable delivery

We deliver your order within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. Our goal: your products should arrive safely packaged and quickly.

Delivery area

We ship exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days from receipt of the order or approval of payment. In individual cases—such as during periods of high demand or on public holidays—delays may occur. If delivery takes longer, we will inform you transparently by email.

Shipping service providers

Depending on the product, shipping is carried out by Swiss Post or Planzer. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant shipment information.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout:

• Free shipping on orders over CHF 0.–
• Standard shipping CHF 0.–

Any partial deliveries will also be at our expense. The customer bears the cost of any return shipment.

Transfer of risk

Once the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider, the benefits and risk of loss or damage pass to you within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions. If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@beautystore.ch.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or refusal to accept it and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for the resulting shipping and handling costs.

Inspection obligation and notification of defects

You are obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects for which BEAUTYSTORE is liable under the warranty without delay in writing by email to info@beautystore.ch.

Sustainable packaging

We use packaging that is as environmentally friendly as possible and rely on sustainable shipping solutions such as biodegradable packaging chips and carefully selected materials.

Payment security

Not only the payment process but our entire shop is secured using SSL encryption. You can recognize this by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar. This means our shop meets the highest security standards for a worry-free shopping experience.

To protect our customers’ card data, we are certified according to the internationally recognized PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
