Delivery & Shipping Conditions
Delivered quickly, safely, and reliably

We deliver your order within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Our goal: Your products should arrive safely packaged and quickly.
Delivery Area
We only ship to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We do not currently offer international deliveries.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days from order receipt or payment clearance. In individual cases – such as high demand or holidays – delays may occur. Should longer delivery times arise, we will inform you transparently by email.
Shipping Service Provider
Depending on the product, shipping is carried out by Swiss Post or Planzer. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation by email with the corresponding shipping information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are transparently displayed at checkout:
- Free shipping for orders over CHF 80.–
- Standard shipping CHF 9.–
Any partial deliveries are also at our expense. The costs for any return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
Transfer of Risk
Upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider, the benefit and risk of loss or damage transfer to you within the framework of legal provisions. Should your delivery arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@beautystore.ch.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or non-acceptance and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for the incurred shipping and processing costs.
Duty to Inspect and Report Defects
You are obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects for which BEAUTYSTORE provides a guarantee, without delay, in writing by email to info@beautystore.ch.
Sustainable Packaging
We strive for environmentally conscious packaging and use eco-friendly solutions for shipping, such as biodegradable packaging chips and carefully selected materials.
Payment Security
Not only the payment process, but our entire shop is secured with SSL encryption. You can recognize this by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar. This means our shop meets the highest security standards for a worry-free shopping experience.
To protect our customers' card data, we are certified according to the globally recognized security standard PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
