General Terms and Conditions
BEAUTYSTORE GmbH - Status: March 24, 2026
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and business relations between BEAUTYSTORE and its customers via the online shop www.beautystore.ch. The offer is exclusively aimed at customers residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
A customer is any natural or legal person who enters into business relations with BEAUTYSTORE GmbH.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions at any time if changed legal, technical, or operational conditions require it and the adjustment is reasonable considering the interests of our customers. The version published at the time of the order applies.
2. Provider and Technical Platform
The contractual partner for all orders is exclusively:

The online shop is technically operated via the Shopify Inc. platform. Shopify provides the technical infrastructure (shop system, checkout, hosting) but is not a contracting party to the purchase contracts concluded through this shop. All purchase contracts are concluded exclusively between the customer and BEAUTYSTORE GmbH.
3. Offer and Product Presentation
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Product images, descriptions, and other information are for informational purposes only. Minor deviations (e.g., color differences depending on screen display) are possible.
BEAUTYSTORE GmbH reserves the right to adjust the assortment at any time or to remove products from the offer without prior notice. All information regarding availability and delivery times is without guarantee and may change at any time.
4. Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. Any shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process and must be paid by the customer. Price changes and errors are reserved.
5. Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the "Submit Order" button, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. After receipt of the order, an automatic order confirmation is sent by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded once BEAUTYSTORE GmbH expressly confirms the order or ships the goods.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or only partially fulfilled, the customer will be informed. Any payments already made will be fully refunded in this case. BEAUTYSTORE is not obliged to provide replacement delivery or compensation in the event of contract termination.
6. Payment Methods and Retention of Title
The payment methods activated at checkout are available, especially credit card (Mastercard & VISA), TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and – if offered – Klarna payment methods (purchase on invoice, pay later, installments). BEAUTYSTORE GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases or to make them subject to additional conditions (e.g., risk assessment, order value). Discounts for early payment are not possible.
Orders over CHF 1,000.00 are only processed with the payment methods TWINT, PayPal, or credit card.
The delivered products remain the property of BEAUTYSTORE GmbH until full payment is made.
Klarna (Purchase on invoice / Pay later / Installments)
If available at checkout, payments can be processed via Klarna. When selecting a Klarna payment method, the payment processing is handled directly by Klarna; depending on the payment method, additional checks (e.g., identity or credit check) may be required. Klarna’s terms and conditions, which are displayed and linked during checkout, also apply.
7. Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within 1 to 5 business days from order receipt or payment approval. Shipping is done depending on the product via Swiss Post or PLANZER to the delivery address provided by the customer. Invoicing is done by email or by post.
With the handover of the goods to the transport company, the benefit and risk pass to the customer, as far as legally permissible.
If delivery is not possible or acceptance is refused, BEAUTYSTORE GmbH may withdraw from the contract after written notification by e-mail and setting a reasonable deadline, and charge the resulting expenses.
8. Duty to inspect and report defects
The customer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon receipt and to report any visible defects, including transport damage, immediately in writing by e-mail. If no report is made, the goods are deemed approved. Failure to report has no consequences for statutory warranty claims.
9. Voluntary right of return (14 days)
BEAUTYSTORE GmbH grants a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned to us within this period; timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Conditions:
- Goods must be complete, in original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged
- Not specially made according to customer specifications or tailored to personal needs
Excluded from the right of return are:
- Gift vouchers, provided they are already stored in the user account

- Items that cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery

In case of improper handling or loss of value, BEAUTYSTORE GmbH reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation and to deduct the depreciation from the already paid purchase price or charge it to the customer.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions of Swiss law apply. In the case of justified defects, BEAUTYSTORE GmbH decides at its own discretion whether to provide a replacement delivery or refund the purchase price. Further claims are excluded as far as legally permissible.
If an item is no longer available, we will inform the customer about the unavailability and fully refund any payments received.
11. Liability
BEAUTYSTORE GmbH is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or pure financial losses is excluded as far as legally permissible. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain reserved.
Our website may contain links to external third-party websites. We have no influence on their content and assume no liability for them. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website – including texts, images, logos, and designs – is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, editing, or use requires prior written consent from BEAUTYSTORE GmbH. For contributions or images from third parties, the source is indicated.
13. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy of BEAUTYSTORE GmbH, which can be viewed on the website. The technical processing in the shop and checkout is done via Shopify. When using external payment methods (e.g., Klarna), data necessary for payment processing is transmitted to the respective payment service provider.
14. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Only substantive Swiss law applies, excluding conflict of law rules. The UN Sales Convention (CISG) is expressly excluded. The place of jurisdiction is Wolfhausen ZH, unless mandatory statutory jurisdictions take precedence.
