14 days voluntary return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. That’s why we grant you a voluntary return policy of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Conditions for a return
To accept your return, the goods must be complete, in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods – the shipping date is decisive.
Excluded from the right of return
For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items are excluded from returns:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products with damaged or removed seals
- Custom-made items
- Gift vouchers
We ask for your understanding that we cannot make exceptions here.
How the return works
Please inform us briefly by email about your return. Then send the goods well packaged to the following address:

Please include a copy of the order confirmation or your invoice.
Return shipping costs
- You as the customer bear the return shipping costs.
- The return shipment is at your own risk.
- A return shipment with tracking is recommended.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase amount via the originally used payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days.
In case of loss of value due to improper handling, we reserve the right to charge reasonable compensation.
Note on the legal right of withdrawal
In Switzerland, there is no legal right of withdrawal for online purchases. The return policy mentioned above is a voluntary service from BEAUTYSTORE.
