Return Policy

14-day voluntary return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. For this reason, we grant you a voluntary return period of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Conditions for a return

In order for us to accept your return, the goods must be complete, in their original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged.

The return must be sent within 14 days of receiving the goods – the relevant date is the shipping date.

Excluded from the return policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are excluded from return:

Opened or used cosmetic products
Products with damaged or removed seals
Custom-made items
Gift vouchers

We ask for your understanding that we cannot make any exceptions here.

How to return your order

Please inform us briefly by email about your return. Then send the goods, well packaged, to the following address:

Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation or your invoice.

Return shipping costs

The return shipping costs are borne by you as the customer.
The return shipment is made at your own responsibility.
We recommend returning the parcel with tracking.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method originally used. Processing is usually completed within a few business days.

In the event of a loss in value caused by improper handling, we reserve the right to charge reasonable compensation.

Note on the statutory right of withdrawal

In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. The return policy stated above is a voluntary service provided by BEAUTYSTORE.
