Fast, secure, and reliable delivery

We deliver your order within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. Our goal: Your products should arrive safely packaged and quickly to you.

Delivery area

We ship exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We currently do not offer international deliveries.

Delivery time

Delivery time is usually 1 to 5 business days from order receipt or payment approval. In individual cases – such as high demand or holidays – delays may occur. If longer delivery times occur, we will inform you transparently by email.

Shipping service providers

Shipping is carried out depending on the product by Swiss Post or Planzer. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking information.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout:

• Free shipping from an order value of CHF 0.–
• Standard shipping CHF 0.–

Any partial deliveries are also at our expense. The cost of any return shipment is borne by the customer.

Transfer of risk

With the handover of the goods to the shipping service provider, the benefit and risk of loss or damage pass to you within the scope of the legal provisions. If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@beautystore.ch.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or refusal of acceptance and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the resulting shipping and handling costs.

Inspection obligation and complaint of defects

You are obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects for which BEAUTYSTORE is liable without delay in writing by email to info@beautystore.ch.

Sustainable packaging

We focus on environmentally conscious packaging and use eco-friendly solutions for shipping, such as biodegradable packing chips and carefully selected materials.

Payment security

Not only the payment process, but our entire shop is secured with SSL encryption. You can recognize this by the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar. This means our shop meets the highest security standards for a worry-free shopping experience.

To protect our customers’ card data, we are certified according to the globally valid security standard PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
