Phyt'ssima Omega 3 & 6 is the food supplement from the Phyt'ssima line by Phyt's – with a high content of polyunsaturated Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids for beauty from within.

Polyunsaturated fatty acids (1050 mg/3 capsules) – Omega 3 (153 mg) and Omega 6 (708 mg) – are essential fatty acids that the body cannot produce itself. They support skin health from within. Vitamin E (15 mg, 125% of daily requirement) acts as a powerful antioxidant.

Ideal as a supplement to external Phyt'ssima care – Sérum Nutrition Extrême and Soin Visage Nutrition Extrême.
