The hydrolyzed collagen types I and III contained are derived from freshwater fish and are characterized by particularly good bioavailability. According to current findings, marine collagen is significantly more effective than bovine collagen – 13,000 mg of marine collagen is equivalent to approx. 19,500 mg of bovine collagen.
