Body Strategist Thermal Mud is the aromatic thermal mud home ritual from the [ comfort zone ] Body Strategist line – a sculpting, firming therapeutic mud that brings the experience of a professional spa treatment into your home. Its oily gel texture makes application and removal exceptionally easy and pleasant.

The thermal water comes from the Cinglaccia spring at an altitude of 1306m in the Bormio area – an alkaline, sulfate- and bicarbonate-rich thermal water that naturally bubbles warm from the earth and is recognized by the Italian Ministry of Health for its healing properties. Laminaria (kelp, ~40% minerals) and Fucus (bladderwrack) are brown algae with proven sculpting effects. The essential oils of tangerine, orange, and peppermint support drainage and detoxification. Clinically confirmed: -1cm thigh circumference after 14 days of treatment; 100% of test subjects satisfied. 98.7% natural ingredients, free from mineral oils, silicones, and fragrances.

The Thermal Mud is applied as the second step after the Peel Scrub and forms the core of the Body Strategist cellulite program. This is followed by Thermo Cream or Cream Gel depending on the type of cellulite.

Apply to thighs, buttocks, hips, and abdomen, avoiding sensitive areas such as the breasts. Massage in for 2–3 minutes and leave on for at least 30 minutes. Rinse off in the shower.

Intensive treatment: Twice a week for at least 2 weeks.
