Shipping Costs

We ship your order climate-neutrally with Swiss Post as PostPac Priority and charge a shipping fee of CHF 9.00.
Shipping costs for orders over CHF 80.00, as well as for any partial deliveries, will be covered by us.
The buyer bears the costs for any returns.

Delivery, Inspection Obligation, Notification of Defects

Delivery usually takes place within 1 to 5 working days after receipt of order. Deliveries are sent by Swiss Post to the address specified by the customer in the order. Invoicing is done by email or by post. With the dispatch, benefits and risks pass to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.
If the delivery cannot be delivered or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, BEAUTYSTORE may terminate the contract after written notification by email to the customer and after setting a reasonable deadline, and charge for the expenses incurred.
Cash-on-delivery parcels that are not collected at the post office and are returned to BEAUTYSTORE unopened will be charged with a fee of CHF 50.00.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt of the delivery and to immediately report any defects for which BEAUTYSTORE provides a warranty, in writing by letter or email to info@beautystore.ch.

Payment Options and Retention of Title

Payment can generally be made with TWINT, MASTERCARD, VISA, PostFinance, Postcard, PayPal or by invoice with a partial payment option. We reserve the right to offer only certain payment methods for the requested delivery, for example, to secure our credit risk, only those corresponding to the respective creditworthiness. Orders over CHF 1,000.00 are delivered exclusively with TWINT, MASTERCARD, VISA, PostFinance, Postcard, PayPal payment methods. The delivered products remain the property of BEAUTYSTORE until full payment.

Purchase on Invoice with Partial Payment Option

MF Group (POWERPAY), as our external payment service provider, offers the "purchase on invoice with partial payment option" payment method. With the single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice within 14 days. You will receive the invoice from POWERPAY immediately after your purchase free of charge by email. If you forgo payment within the specified timeframe, you will subsequently receive a chargeable monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month. When concluding the purchase agreement, MF Group takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, in addition to our General Terms and Conditions, you also accept the General Terms and Conditions of MF Group. (mfgroup.ch/de/agb).
