14-Day Voluntary Right of Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Therefore, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Conditions for a Return

For us to accept your return, the goods must be complete, in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged.

The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods – the shipping date is decisive.

Excluded from the Right of Return

For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items are excluded from return:

• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Products with damaged or removed seals
• Custom-made items
• Gift vouchers

We ask for your understanding that we cannot make any exceptions here.

How the Return Works

Please inform us briefly by e-mail about your return. Then send the well-packaged goods to the following address:

Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation or your invoice.

Costs of Return

• You, as the customer, bear the return costs.
• The return is at your own risk.
• Return shipping with tracking is recommended.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to you via the originally used payment method. Processing usually takes place within a few business days.

In the event of a loss in value due to improper handling, we reserve the right to charge appropriate compensation.

Note on the Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. The right of return mentioned above is a voluntary service provided by BEAUTYSTORE.
