The Sun Soul line from Comfort Zone was developed to effectively protect the skin from the effects of the sun while reducing the impact on the marine ecosystem. The focus is on photostable UVA and UVB filters of the latest generation, which maintain their protective effect throughout sun exposure and have been assessed as safe for the aquatic environment. Problematic filters such as oxybenzone, octinoxate, and nanotechnologies are consciously avoided.
A central element of the line is the biomimetic DNA-Defense-Peptide, which supports the skin's natural repair mechanisms and helps prevent photoaging – even after sunbathing. The protective effect is complemented by plant-based microcellulose, which reflects light and thus enables high efficacy with a lower filter concentration.
