BEAUTYSTORE is powered by Shopify, enabling us to provide you with the Services. The Services are hosted by Shopify, and Shopify collects and processes personal data about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Data you submit to the Services is shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located in countries other than your country of residence.

To protect, expand and improve our business, we also use certain enhanced Shopify features that incorporate data from your interactions with our shop, other merchants and Shopify. In these circumstances, Shopify is responsible for processing your personal data, including responding to your requests to exercise your rights.

Use of Google and Microsoft services and internal analytics tools

For the internal analysis and ongoing development of our online shop, we use our own analytics tool («BEAUTYSTORE Analytics»). This primarily processes aggregated or anonymized usage, search, marketing and performance data from our own Google services, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Keyword Planner, as well as from Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools. This data is linked with shop, sales, product and inventory data for internal analyses.

Access to this data is exclusively through accounts authorized by BEAUTYSTORE and is used for internal analysis of marketing, search, sales and performance data, as well as for examining market, search and demand trends. This may include analyzing search terms, search demand, and regional and linguistic differences. The data retrieved from the connected services does not contain any information that we use to personally identify individual visitors.

Data accessed through the respective interfaces is used exclusively for internal analysis and business purposes. It is not sold or shared with third parties for their own advertising purposes. Processing by technical service providers commissioned by us may take place insofar as this is necessary for the secure operation, storage, and technical provision of the application.

Third-party websites and links

The Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to websites that we do not control, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such websites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information they contain.
